The Little Rock Technology Park’s Phase 2 is currently under renovation in the historic Exchange Bank building also known as Five Main Place. A portion of the 48,000 square foot facility will be opening in the summer of 2024.
The initial efforts will include a full renovation of the third floor and a partial renovation of the first floor.
Other floors in the building have gone through the demolition process awaiting additional funding and/or tenants.

A completed Phase 2 will include a large, state-of-the-art conference center and a podcast recording studio.
